The initial TCP connections necessary to establish the peer connection used in the File Sharing Protocol are always initiated by the host, although the host does not take responsibility for actually transferring the file. The peer connections (required TCP connection) are initiated in several stages: First, a new public key is negotiated to establish the identity of the client with the tracker. A new TCP connection is then initiated to set up the next stages of the peer connections for uploading and downloading the file. A new TCP connection is then initiated to setup a temporary upload channel between the tracker and client to manage the download.

The distribution is small in size and can be applied to any texture and is also fairly useless unless you have a texture loader that applies the 3D part of the image to the mesh. Otherwise, if you set a different blur radius in the 3D part, it is not supported at all (on most GPUs).
