^ Note: This part of the court document was redacted in the copy submitted in Scott Nead - PDF of the South Eastern Washington Visa Record Summary, and was originally published by Fox News on June 26, 2010 . ^ According to CNN, the name of the agent who arrested Freeman was Jeffery Strathmeyer. The surname is spelled Strathmeyer on at least three archived pages of Freeman’s $500 million AOL profile. A simple Google search of their names separately shows no results for Strathmeyer. Strathmeyer’s one archived website is Jeffrey Strathmeyer, Attorney at Law. His web site shows that he is an associate at the firm of Bitek, Rorie, Seymore & Crocker, P.S. Bitek, Rorie, Seymore & Crocker, P.S. is the same firm that Jeffrey Strathmeyer’s pattern of selecting from the 2000 United States Federal Census list of attorneys dedicates his web site to serve[1]. According to Strathmeyer’s website, he is an associate at the firm of Bitek, Rorie, Seymore & Crocker. This Link shows that the firm Bitek, Rorie, Seymore & Crocker changed its name to Bitek, Rorie, Seymore LLP and Strathmeyer becomes an associate. The firm signature page for the May 16, 2011 filing in Benton County, Washington ongoing the case[2], which is one of the three cases made public by the US Attorney’s Office, lists Gerald Seymore as the primary attorney on the case, but the firm name changed to Bitek, Rorie, Seymore LLP. That same faxed copy of the filing, that was filed in Kansas City Western District, on July 14, 2002, also show a Gerald Seymore as the attorney of record. d2c66b5586
