Under Murgatroyd, Galactic Spaceways would not be very different from any of the other hundreds of routes or smuggler lines that plied the hundreds of worlds within the galactic reach of the Five Galaxies. Murgatroyd, however, had to have a great deal of care in his activities, and there were many hazards that he had to avoid. And they are not happy about it: 72% say it is a struggle to balance work and family. In addition, the survey finds, parents say that work-family balance has a strong impact on their health (57%), their family life (56%) and their happiness (54%).

The median time for a renter to move to a home of their own is now eight years, compared with seven years in 2006. As a result, today’s renters are more than twice as old as today’s buyers.
Concerns about affordability and the large investment in a home are a big reason renters don’t want to buy. They also say they are worried that they wouldn’t be able to sell their property if they did buy a house.
“I’m looking forward to being a homeowner,” says Eva Cho, a 28-year-old who’s been renting for about five years. “I have an excellent salary, so buying a home is something I can do in the future.” 827ec27edc
